How to Calculate Paint

Calculate the perimeter of the room (2 x length + 2 x width), multiply by wall height to get total wall area. Subtract door (~21 sqft) and window (~12 sqft) openings. Multiply by the number of coats. One gallon of paint covers approximately 350 sqft.
